A summer evening where fashion and the visual arts come together<\/p>

LOZAR Fashion & Art Show is LOZAR's summer art collaboration, where the creative worlds of three painters - Bogl\u00e1rka Nagy, Zsuzsa Szvath and Dorottya B\u00e1nki - meet the visual and design philosophy of the fashion brand. The goal of the project is for painting and fashion to find a common language in this unique creative collaboration during an unforgettable evening. The central idea of the project is the rediscovery of the childlike self, true presence, playfulness and a state of instinctive creation. Through this collection, the three artists\u2019 unique perspectives are placed in a new context: the motifs of the paintings come to life and take on a wearable form.<\/p>

\u2018BEYOND THE HORIZON\u2019 - painter Bogl\u00e1rka Nagy\u2019s latest solo exhibition is once again a personal journey and in a sense, a homecoming for her. The swallow is the bird of freedom, symbolizing migration, cyclicality and the fruits of the experiences she has gained along her journey. Just as the swallow returns to the K\u00e1li-medence every year, the artist has now returned to his artistic roots; after all, at the beginning of his career in 2013, her first works were inspired by life-giving water, infinite cosmic space, her family roots and her personal past. These motifs have continued to recur in her art ever since and are presented in this exhibition as a kind of cyclical summary. This compilation, which draws inspiration from the gentle embrace of nostalgia, explores these themes - not only on a physical level, but also on a psychological, emotional and spiritual one, as well as on a creative plane that is far more mature in its visual expression.<\/p>

Her masterpieces are not landscapes, but interior spaces: important sites of realization and release. It is a sensitive yet liberating celebration, when an artist projects her inner world onto the outside and allows the inner order to be seen from the outside as well. A vulnerable state, the exploration of which requires trust. In the harmony of azure blue, which is the color of silence? Are we able to hear our own thoughts in the silence?<\/p>

Through the physical paraphernalia and objects of travel, this figurative-realist painter brings to light both the symbolic expressions hidden beneath the surface of simple, everyday life, thereby conveying the energy of existence and the underlying spiritual meanings. In her iridescent works, one can discern her characteristic unique painterly language and quality, a rich color palette, the capture of timeless beauty, a respect for classical values and a touch of contemporary audacity. She is a sensitive artist whose work must be viewed with due sensitivity; in her pieces, the female body - as a manifestation of her own identity - meets the depths of the soul and nature, creating a complex interplay. Her multi-layered universe is deeply personal, courageous, free, lyrical and transcendent. It is life-affirming, playful, and deeply multifaceted - just like Bogl\u00e1rka Nagy herself. The 21st-century Venuses featured in her works convey an important message: self-love and self-acceptance are not vanity or selfishness, but rather an endless well from which we can always give and into which we can always immerse ourselves. In her painting, luminism is a symbol of inner transformation and not merely an aesthetic element. It can emerge from both the outside and the inside through a pure, inspired and creative painterly process.<\/p>

Water, as a fundamental primal element, has been an integral part of the visual arts since the earliest times; in this case, it serves as a mirror of self-reflection. Sunlight, water, air. This exhibition is a manifesto celebrating life, existence and freedom. On the surface, it may seem light, like a postcard, but beneath it lies depth. It possesses unbridled power, yet we can find peace within it. It is unpredictable, yet it also radiates tranquility. Contemplating the infinity of the horizon holds the promise of new possibilities. Let\u2019s take a deep breath and ask ourselves what we\u2019ll find when we immerse ourselves in it.<\/p>

Opened in summer 2024 Kimpton Bem Budapest<\/a> hotel hosts 8 recently commissioned portrait paintings of Hungarian artist Bogl\u00e1rka Nagy. In the paintings the artist explores different roles and qualities through the representation of natural and animal symbols composed with female gazes. From January 2024, Bogl\u00e1rka Nagy's work titled \u2018FLOW' hangs on the walls of the recently opened MELEA \u2013 THE HEALTH CONCEPT<\/a>\u00a0hotel\u2019s restaurant in S\u00e1rv\u00e1r. The painting was commissioned by the hotel and inspired by a holistic and close-to-nature approach to life. One of the artist's recurring symbolic motifs, the undulating flow of colourful koi carps evokes the experience of being in flow and an inspired state, as the starting point for actions and existence. On the painting a group of fish swim towards the pond in the garden and the artwork blends harmoniously into the Japanese-style zen atmosphere of the restaurant with its 3 metre large scale, clean composition and subtle colouring.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Artist Bogl\u00e1rka Nagy is now representing Four Seasons Hotel Gresham Palace<\/a> in Budapest as Spa Ambassador. Operating as a Four Seasons hotel since 2004, Gresham Palace was one of Budapest's richest heritage sites and artistic hubs in the beginning of 20th century. It gave home to the Gresham Circle, a group of renowned artists, who, distancing themselves from politics and continuing the painting style and tradition of the Nagyb\u00e1nya School, chose as their main aesthetic principle to capture subjects from life through the filter of memory.
