There is a limited opportunity to take lessons from painter Boglárka Nagy in person. Each lesson is personalized and tailored to the participant's goals and skill level, which are discussed in advance.
The duration of a session is 3 hours.
All professional studio equipment is provided for teaching!

THE PAINTING EXPERIENCE

This program is not designed for those pursuing a professional artistic career, but for anyone who wishes to explore the joy of the creative process and try a truly special artistic experience. If your child is interested in the visual arts, this is an inspiring opportunity to spark their curiosity and allow them to experience this world first-hand.
The experience takes place at BOGLARKA NAGY STUDIO, located in a beautiful, historic villa in Budapest, next to Városliget. Throughout the session, contemporary painter Boglárka Nagy provides a supportive presence with her professional expertise and passion for both teaching and painting. The studio’s inspiring, intimate, and exclusive atmosphere is an integral part of the experience. Rather than a group setting, the session is designed exclusively for the two of you.
The participation fee includes ALL materials (a 100 × 150 cm large-scale blank canvas - size can be customized by prior arrangement, paints, brushes, palettes, solvents, studio easels, aprons, gloves, etc.)
The duration of the session is 2,5-3 hrs
Good music, coffee, tea, and light refreshments are provided throughout the session.
Comfortable, paint-friendly clothing is recommended.
You will take the finished painting home at the end of the program (or a few days later, if additional drying time is needed).

Learn classical oil painting in a realistic and contemporary style with Boglárka Nagy

Boglárka feels it is her calling to help unleash and strengthen the creativity that is present in every human being from birth. ‘A ‘REALISTA FESTÉSZET MŰHELYTITKAI’ , the first online painting course in Hungarian language covers the technical basics of classical oil painting in a fresh contemporary interpretation, enriched with Boglárka's unique vision of the world.

In her first online course, ‘A ‘REALISTA FESTÉSZET MŰHELYTITKAI’ , Boglárka will share the professional experience and insight she has gained in her individual painting career so far, along with technical guidance by demonstrating through the stages of creating a painting from start to finish. This online course contains a wealth of information and vital knowledge that is essential for a student to develop his/her own painting practice to a professional level or, if he/she is already a professional artist, to complement it by integrating the extra knowledge gained in this course.

What's the goal?
The aim is for Boglárka to introduce the students to the working methods she has developed and mastered over the years, to guide them through every stage of the process of creating a painting and to provide personal feedback from start to finish. On completion of the course, candidates will successfully integrate the knowledge they have acquired with their previous experience, resulting in a great improvement in their technique and the ability to overcome and complete previously unattainable obstacles in their painting. The course is also helpful for those who want to live their creativity more fully and choose this exciting journey just for the sake of experiencing something new!
Requirements
Interest, passion, openness and willingness to grow. The course has been designed to also allow participants who are completely new to painting and have little or no experience or previous education in the field of painting to complete it successfully! We often set boundaries for ourselves with limiting ideas that prevent us from unleashing our true potential and talent. The course can be completed not only in a professional studio environment. You will need an easel and natural light or lighting of 4-5000 kelvin is recommended. A list of neccessary supplies and tools has been reduced to the bare essentials and is included with the course. The Hungarian Art Supply Store in Nagymező Street in Budapest offers a -15% discount for participants!
Who is it recommended for?
For all hobby artists, students and professional painters who want to take their skills and vision to the next level. Existing knowledge of painting is an advantage but not a prerequisite. It can be of great help to those who have worked with acrylic previously and wish to switch to oil paint, which offers greater possibilities and has already stood the test of time. The course has been designed to provide the essence of everything needed for oil painting. Numerous positive feedbacks confirm that even complete beginners can understand and apply the course material, and there is a wealth of valuable new information, techniques and professional tips for professional artists to discover.
